What is the status of my Order?

SHIPPING : 

Once you have placed your order with us, we will send you a confirmation email for the same. Orders get shipped daily by evening except for Sundays and public holidays. So if you place your order before noon we ship out on the same day. 

Once your order is shipped, all tracking details will be sent to your registered email id or phone number. You can also track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page.

You can also track orders using your order id or tracking id on our tracking id

 

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit, credit card, net banking, Cash on Delivery, or UPI.

Additionally, we support Google Pay, Paytm, and other wallets.

You can choose these payment methods at checkout. 

 

Out of Stock Toys

At Junior Billionaire we only make limited runs as everything is handcrafted and barely re-stock. We prefer giving new toys every time. Anyway, if you still want to know if the product will re-stock, go to the product you wish to be back in stock and click the Notify Me button on the left and you will get an email as soon as the stock is back in action. 

 

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been shipped yet.

To make changes to your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via the "contact us" form. Alternatively, you can WhatsApp us, please note we only reply to WhatsApp messages during working hours. 

If you wish to change after your order is shipped an exchange fee of Rupees 150 rupees will be charged. 

 

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to support by submitting your request via the "contact us"  or send us a WhatsApp message with your order ID

Cancellation Fees will be applicable

 

Do you accept returns/ Exchange toys?

Yes, we do accept returns subject to fulfilment of the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The item should have its original packaging with all the tags etc.
- The return or exchange request is made within 5 days of delivery.
