Refund Policy

We are a small business and unfortunately cannot offer Returns or Refunds in case you change your mind once the product has been dispatched for your little ones. However, The products are eligible for replacement in an unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Kindly take a video of the product when opening it showing the parcel and its contents clearly to claim a replacement. There will be a minimum charge to cover the reshipment of replaced products. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for any issues.
