• Mumbai (Non-Personalised Items): 1–2 working days
• Prepaid Orders: 5–7 working days across India
• Cash on Delivery (COD): 10–12 working days
• Personalised Items: Dispatch within 4–7 working days + shipping time based on location

Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

• Original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be intact

• Proof of purchase/order confirmation is required

Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Opening Video is Mandatory

An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for:

• Damaged products

• Missing items

• Wrong product received

The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the condition of the product.

Without an opening video, we will not be able to process claims related to damage, missing items, or incorrect products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalised/customised products

• Sale or discounted items

• Products purchased using coupon codes or gift vouchers

• Gift cards

• Inflatable/swim products

• Used or damaged products

• Personal care/hygiene products

Exchange Policy

• Exchange is allowed only once per order

• Exchanges are subject to product availability

• If the requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued

• Exchange requests due to dislike of colour/design will not be accepted

For size-related concerns, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Products approved for exchange must be packed securely in original packaging.

Return Shipping

Reverse pickup will be arranged based on service availability.

For certain pin codes where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the parcel.

Shipping charges for return/exchange cases may apply depending on the product, parcel size, and location.

If the product is not handed over within 5–7 business days after approval, the request may be cancelled automatically.

Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued in the form of Junior Billionaire Store Credit.

Store credit can be used for future purchases on our website and will be shared with the customer after approval of the return request.

Please note:

• Refunds are not processed to bank accounts, cards, UPI, or original payment methods

• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

• Store credit is applicable for both Prepaid and COD orders

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
