However, The products are eligible for replacement in an unlikely event of a damaged, defective or different/wrong item delivered to you. Kindly take a video of the product when opening it showing the parcel and its contents clearly to claim a replacement. There will be a minimum charge to cover the reshipment of replaced products. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for any issues.
